Our commitment
We want everyone, including persons with disabilities, to be able to read our disclosures, research plans and grievance information and to contact us. This commitment follows the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (Sections 40, 42 and 46), Rule 15 of the RPwD Rules, 2017, and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/111 dated 31 July 2025 on digital accessibility for regulated entities.
Conformance status
Target standard: WCAG 2.1 Level AA, together with the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW 3.0) and IS 17802 (Parts 1 & 2).
Status: partially conformant, based on our own review (self-assessment) dated 06 October 2026. Our own review found no outstanding AA failures, but we will only call the site fully conformant once an independent audit has confirmed it.
Independent audit by an IAAP-certified accessibility professional: Pending. Audit results and compliance reporting to SEBI / RAASB (BSE Limited) follow the timelines in SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/131 dated 25 September 2025. This statement will be updated with the audit date and outcome.
Accessibility features
- Skip to main content link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Keyboard access to every link, button, menu and expandable section, with a visible 3px focus outline. The mobile menu closes with the Escape key, and hidden menu items cannot be reached by keyboard.
- Text size control (A / A+ / A++) in the header enlarges all text up to 125%; browser zoom up to 200% and reflow down to 320px width are also supported.
- High contrast mode and a dark mode, both available from the header.
- Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and interface elements, in both light and dark themes.
- Pausable motion: the scrolling reminder strip has a pause button, and all animation — including the 3D background — is switched off when your device has "reduce motion" turned on.
- Screen reader support: landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer), one H1 per page with a logical heading order, labelled buttons, Hindi phrases marked with lang="hi", and links that open a new tab announce it.
- Accessible tables for complaint data, with captions, column and row headers, and horizontal scrolling on small screens that can also be reached by keyboard.
- Touch targets of at least 44×44px for buttons and primary links.
- Text alternatives for informative images; decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology.
Known limitations
- Content is in English, with Hindi section labels. Full Hindi content is planned.
- Linked third-party sites (SCORES, Smart ODR, WhatsApp, YouTube, TradingView, EquityMuni) are outside this statement's scope; their accessibility is governed by their operators.
